Returns & Exchanges

At Mm2shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mm2shop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original packaging and tags into a shipping box, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
